Q: Why did you decide to service EU players?
A: There were handful of people who pleaded us to servicing EU players. To us it was already stressful enough to serve the NA customers alone but after hearing that these EU players had no where to buy gold from anywhere we had decided to cater to their needs :) We highly hope our efforts will not be in vain when the service launches and we also greatly appreciate your support!

Q: Are your Vindictus gold botted?
A: Nope. Botting items on Vindictus require hacking knowledge and lots of computers. I have neither of these resources but I understand that the site's full automation might have given you the false impression

Q: How did you make a bot that can buy our items listed on the Marketplace?
A: The bot uses computer vision software. It simply searches for the item that you listed on the Marketplace and then buys the item that matches your character name and the gold amount

Q: Do you accept other payment methods?
Quite likely except for Gift Cards. Please contact me for details

Q: Why is there a fee from Paypal when Sending Money?
A: Paypal charges a small fee depending on your payment source

Q: Can I get Banned From Buying Your Gold?
A: There is no safer method than the Marketplace method ever. There has been 0 reported ban cases in Europe to this day

Q: NEW: Should I use an alt account to purchase gold that is below level 90?
A: As of Oct. 18 2022 all accounts below level 90 will suffer 3 days wait time for all marketplace transactions. Therefore, you should not purchase gold using accounts below level 90
